I have a layover in Singapore airport for 10 hours. What are the place to see?

I am traveling via Singapore airlines and I have a layover in Singapore airport for 10 hours. Is it possible to go out and visit city? Is there any tour for airlines itself? I have heard about it but I am not sure. Please let me know if you have been in one such tour your self. Thanks.

depends on when to when u layover…. u sh goto the changi airport website & pre-book a free SGP tour in advance as it wil be full if u book on-day. if time no match… then u hv to layover inside the airport itself…. do some shopping, eating. or goto some pay-lounge to take a shower.
