How do Special Relativity and Time Travel go together?

According to special relativity, you can travel through time – but only forward. If you’re moving close to the speed of light, you can travel more slowly through time. If you went into orbit around the Earth near the speed of light for a few years of time as you would measure them, many thousands of years could pass on Earth while you were gone. That’s called time dialation – the faster you move, the slower time moves for you. If you could move at the speed of light, time would stop altogether.

So there you go. You can time travel, but only in one direction.
