I am travelling to Australia in early february, where can I get the best rate of exchange for my money?

I just want to get the most Aussie dollars that I can.

Start checking the exchange rates. I would transfer a little bit (a few hundred bucks worth) before my trip and the rest, in a bank, when you get there.
Don’t be fooled by doing it at once of those money exchange places…. they’re a rip. I once converted like $500 to pounds on a ferry and was freakin’ robbed. I felt like an idiot and learned my lesson.
