There
a number of restaurants offering a wide range of culinary delights:
Evita's
- On a hillside at the western entrance to the town. Serves
Italian food with a touch of Jamaican that make the dishes extraordinay.
Owner, Evita Myers Venetian-born. It's the only restaurant overlooking
Ocho Rios and the sea.
The
Ruins - A venue set beside a 40 ft waterfall amidst luch
tropical garden. Offers you luncheon buffet including beverages
and house wines. Enjoy vibrant Jamaican entertainment while you
dine, then take a tour of the art gallery and gift shop.

Double
V - On Main Street there is Double V, famous for its jerk
pork and chicken. You can have it to go or be served in a shady
garden.
Little
Pub - You can enjoy a cozy Olde English atmosphere along
with fresh seafood and Jamaican specialities.
Hibiscus
Lodge - A striking setting . Here you can dine on continental
cuisine at The Almond Tree on a terrace overlooking the sea. The
romantics would perhaps like to dine in a restored 1860's gingerbread
style house.
The
Roadside Diners - Offers a great selection of Jamaican
cuisine. Here you are likely to taste the salt fish and ackee (
the island's national dish) served with boiled greeen bananas or
johnnycakes, fried fish and bammies.
Hong
Kong International - If you have a taste for Chinese food,
this is located in Soni's Plaza on Main Street.
Bibibips
- This is a restaurant where variety of meal is served. You can
select your choice of meal. Availabe is a wide choice of seafood
including lobster and shrimp. While you have your meal or sit by
the bar to have a drink - hard or soft you can have a breath-taking
view of the sea right to the horizon.
The friendly staff is quite accommodating and courteous.
