Europe Travel Tours Canada
I’ve never travelled before and I’d like to see Europe while I’m still young?
But my parents are frightened of me going over there alone without a friend or boyfriend. They say I should wait until I meet someone to go. The thing is I’m 22, I’ve never had a boyfriend, and I haven’t had any friends for 5 years. Should I just go alone. Even if I am a novice traveller. I’ve never been out of Canada. I don’t go to bars or nightclubs, but I’d prefer to see it alone if I can’t go with a friend or family member. I really don’t like the idea of a tour goup. I was always the kid who wandered off on her own during school trips
Tour groups suck, it’s not real travel. They take you to the most crowded places for the shortest time possible. Then they take you to places they get kickbacks from. If you really want to see Europe, independent travel is the only way.
Many people travel to Europe in their late teens, often taking a year off between high school and college. I’m headed to Holland and Belgium next month by myself. Clearly you are not too young, the only question is are you ready to travel by yourself. Only you can answer that question.
If you really want to travel with others, why don’t you look into a group trip either through school or church. They often go to Europe for a few weeks most every summer.
That being said, traveling to Europe is easy even by yourself. Don’t be afraid, just decided if you are ready or not.
