Tours To Europe For Young Adults

Does anyone know any good, reasonably priced group tours around Europe?

I’m coming to Eastern Europe this summer to visit friends in Ukraine and Hungary, but I have a three week period in early July where I can travel by myself and was thinking it’d be nice to join a group tour to see Europe and meet people in the tour.
I’m looking online and finding lots of tours for thousands of dollars for a week, and I’m assuming that’s just overpriced because it’s on the internet and US-based.
Does anyone know any tour companies that are more reasonably priced, or well-recommended, or known to be good?
(If it helps, I’m 22-years old, so perhaps something young-adult oriented)
