He was career and legacy obsessed until he was 35. He was recording albums every four years, touring, conducting business and drawing $55 million a year in personal revenue. Then, after his break up with Jordan Chandler in 1993, he just lost that “eye of the tiger”.
He then sort of went on a journey of traveling, blowing money and missing recording dates and concert performances.
