What do you think of today’s Tour of Flanders?

I suspect that Stijn Devolder, the winner of today’s Tour of Flanders doesn’t ride clean. I know that he is a good time trialist but to be honest he was too fast today. I last 5 Kms Flecha camed from 15 to 9 seconds in less than 1Km. After that Devolder accelerated and put back those seconds as fast as he lost them. I ride in cycling races and I know from experience that it’s almost impossible to maintain that rhytm for 30 km, after another 200 or so and to stay in front of a not so tired cyclist, like Flecha was, even if he’s not as good as Devolder at time trial.

The followers started messing with eachother and that’s why they couldn’t get Devolder. You’re right he was fast as hell. Biggest victory in his career.
