When is the weather the best for traveling in China, Peking?

I am going to visit China, Peking for one week till 15 of December. When is the weather the best to visit China, to choose the beginning of November or beginning of December? I want to avoid the rainy days, so I can visit more places? Thank you.

It’s very cold in Beijing from Nov.-March.The best season for visiting Beijing is Autumn( Sep.-Oct.). It very dry in Beijing in Autumn and Winter.
China is very large, if u wanner travel in warm place, u’d better go to Hainan or Guangdong in winter.
