Which is a good escorted tour for senior citizens which is completelly escorted?

My parents are in their mid-late 70′s
They are used to always travelling with one of us (their children)
but this time none of us can do it. We have been unable to find a escorted tour to Europe or China where they will be guided the whole trip; their english skills are medium, not really fluent. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much.
